Current Forecast :

The current forecast calls for nights in the 40's and highs in the 50-60's throughout this week. There is a very small chance for rain throughout the week.

The Effect :

While the days have been getting longer, the harsh cold of our recent weather system has kept our bass from becoming very active. This warming trend is hitting at just the right time for the TNCBA's first tournament of the year. The Cherokee bass population should be sparked to feed up and move into staging areas as they prepare for the upcoming spawn. The focus for the early morning should still be in the 10'-13' range with slower presentations, but from 12-4 pm the bite should really turn on and allow for faster moving techniques in the 6'-10' range.
