Report - Fish can be caught both shallow in the grass and out on the ledges. We have caught fish shallow in short creeks or pockets with grass. The grass is only about one foot tall so you have to look for it. The main baits in the shallows have been topwater and a chatter bait. We caught some quality keepers on Texas rigged worms and 6 inch swimbaits on main lake ledges.
