TNCBA #3 - Chickamauga (DETAILS)
The TNCBA Out-of-Town tournament has arrived and the potential for big bags and PBs abound as anglers hit the water for the only two day event of the year. During the days of practice, anglers have enjoyed warm weather that has pulled bass into the shallows, but the two tournament days will see a drop in temperature highs of 10-15 degrees. The question is, how much will these changes affect the bass. A strong positive is the fact that the water is steadily rising.

This out-of-town event will mark one of the largest turnouts that we have had for an out-of-town event in a while and we can’t say thank you enough to all of you that are coming out to participate with the TNCBA. The TNCBA would also like to remind everyone that this event is sponsored by Kingsport CPA and we would like to send them a gracious thank you!
Tournament Details:
Lake: Chickamauga
Weigh-In Site: Bluewater RV Resort (Teams not staying at Bluewater must beach or dock their boat at weigh-in. The Bluewater ramp is only open to anglers staying at Bluewater.) (See further details below.)
Time: TBD (Will be updated after meeting.)
Day 1: 6:45am - 3:00pm (Honor Start)
Day 2: 6:45am - 2:00pm (Honor Start)
Limit: 5 Fish/Team
Size: 12in. Spots ; 15 in. Largemouth ; 18 in. Smallmouth (One Per Day)
Off-Limits: There are no off limits for the out-of-town event on Chickamauga Lake

Fees:
$25 / angler TNCBA Membership
$20 / angler Entry Fee
$10 / angler Big Bass
(*Big Bass is optional, but to be entered, you must pay prior to fishing your first tournament. This can be paid at the ramp prior to take off.)

Fishing License:
A TN Fishing license is required to fish Chickamauga waters.
Launching and Weigh-in:
The TNCBA out-of-town event is an honor start event and for this event anglers are able to launch from any ramp they chose. Due to the high volume of traffic at the Dayton Boat Ramp we have asked Bluewater to allow us to conduct our weigh-in at the Bluewater RV Resort and they have given us permission to use the lower parking lot as our weigh-in site. Please keep in mind that if you are not staying at Bluewater will need to come to weigh-in by water as the ramp at Bluewater is not a public ramp. Please be respectful of the Bluewater guests and property as they have graciously allowed us to escape the chaos that will be Dayton during the ABA Tournament weigh-in.
